A supportive gathering for men focused on physical health, mental wellness, fatherhood, personal growth, and community.
Men in our neighborhood carry a lot and are rarely asked how they're doing. The Men's Wellness Collective is a standing invitation to put that down for ninety minutes a week.
Each gathering pairs something practical — blood pressure checks, a workout, a financial or job-readiness session — with time to talk openly about work, fatherhood, health, and pressure.
No cost, no requirements, and no need to say anything the first night. Just come.
What's included
- Monthly on-site health screenings
- Fitness and nutrition sessions
- Fatherhood and job-readiness workshops
- Confidential, judgment-free conversation
